Our nature of business is such where we need to provide a 24/7 service to our customers and hence our Hudlies have to work in shifts. However, we make sure that if our Hudlies work on any of their weekly offs, we provide them with compensatory offs in order to inturrupt the continuous work and ensure that there are enough breaks so that our Hudlies can come back refreshed.
