Senior Management forces blame upon others that are not responsible for thing not going according to plan. Classic example of when you work hard, you stay in the same position, but people who do not, are given more opportunities for hopeful improvement. Benefits package is horrible. No 401k Absolutely no incentive to working there There is no chance of moving up in this business. Overall, this business is government funded and no job security Constantly asked to do tasks that are not in job description Senior management will threaten your job if you do not do exactly as told. Pay raises are in the policy, but, they policy is not followed. Executive director gets rid of the hardest workers on accusations and for reasons that do not hold water. I believe that upper management at Human Services, Inc. gets rid of the smart individuals because they feel threatened. I can name countless times and individuals that I have seen let go when it was not deserved. Human Services, Inc. also will let people go, and not fill their position. Instead, they will hire temps that will never be hired on to work to work directly for the company and will eventually leave after they are trained, then staff needs to retrain a new temp.
