Huge opportunities here for anyone who wants to learn and grow — if you're a self-starter you will thrive here. The founders and leadership are really transparent about what they do and what they're looking for which is really appreciative especially in the world of startups.
Cons
Not necessarily a con, but is a very engineering-minded organization — if you're not a self-starter or not interested in learning new skills this won't be the place for you.
