      Pros

      Most roles have either full time work from home or hybrid.

      Cons

      The company has been going downhill for many years. It's always do more with less people (layoffs, roles don't get backfilled when people leave). Expectations and workload are unreasonable leading to stress and burnout. Many people have quit for this reason.
