      Company is very health conscious and provides a number of incentives for living a healthy lifestyle. A positive member experience is goal of each and every associate within the organization.

      Cons

      Management is not focused on the development of future leaders with the organization, unless you are an Infusion candidate. Organization still struggles with territorialism and good ole boy mentality

      Interviewed for a internal role in a second round in a team - the team didn't sell the role, the impression I got was you will work nights and overtime to commit to deadlines. questions asked: - examples of situations in your current job where there was disagreement between you and someone else in team. Thought this was too intrusive - how do you handle disagreements - how are you able to multi-task - are you able to commit to deadlines Got a very bad vibe with the team
