      Great benefits, great support staff, hours are pretty much your own time as a Marketpoint representative. income is unlimited. Competitive salary, competitive products

      Cons

      Managers are not on the same page at times. If you don't meet the minimum benchmarks you will manage yourself out of the job. Integrity is a huge issue

      Cutthroat culture that does not care about employees or their well being, focus on profit at the expense of people, continuous layoffs and outsourcing initiatives
