      Pros

      Descent hours and work like balance. Wonderful people to work with and steady employment.

      Cons

      You have to fight with HR for raises. Instead of your role being a promotion, they will tell you it's an extention of your current role. By doing this the pay increase if very minimal. Coming in the company externally, you're taken care of. Internally you're not.

      Cutthroat culture that does not care about employees or their well being, focus on profit at the expense of people, continuous layoffs and outsourcing initiatives
