      Pros

      The customers/members are normally sweet and understanding. Not always but a lot of the time.

      Cons

      Awful management. Like the worst I have ever had. Never wants to do their duties except write people up. Unethical. Sexist. God complex. Can’t ever use your PTO unless you put it in months ahead of time. Training is so bad.

      Interesting work, decent benefits, ability to work from home

      Cons

      Cutthroat culture that does not care about employees or their well being, focus on profit at the expense of people, continuous layoffs and outsourcing initiatives
