      Pros

      Humana Orientation was very welcoming. Pay was decent.

      Cons

      In the St. Petersburg office the administrative staff is one big click. Most of the administrative coordinator's report to a remote manager who works out of their home while you are stuck sitting in a cubicle with no interaction with anyone. Management, training, and communication is HORRIBLE. Huge associate turnover.

      Pros

      The pay is well compared to what's out there and I've run into some middle managers that are really smart and know the work.

      Cons

      The company struggles to put the right talent at the decision-making table. That has led to the company moving fast but with no clear direction. Great potential if they'd focus on who knows the industry versus who appears to be producing outcomes.
