      Pros

      I have been in my role for about two years and i can honestly say i love working with my team. Since day one they have been supportive and my leaders have been there for me. I have a small disabled child and they never count that against me. My leader is avid in helping me grow professionally and is always reaching out to give me more opportunity to advance.

      Cons

      Customers are allowed to disrespect and threaten us with no recourse.

      Pros

      The pay is well compared to what's out there and I've run into some middle managers that are really smart and know the work.

      Cons

      The company struggles to put the right talent at the decision-making table. That has led to the company moving fast but with no clear direction. Great potential if they'd focus on who knows the industry versus who appears to be producing outcomes.
