Pros

The pay was very good, more than competitive and certainly beat Wellpoint. The people were great and they took the time to train people well. I also had a positive opinion of management.

Cons

The user interface was tedious and made it difficult to multitask. I also found it rather difficult to get time off when I needed it.

Pros

The pay is well compared to what's out there and I've run into some middle managers that are really smart and know the work.

Cons

The company struggles to put the right talent at the decision-making table. That has led to the company moving fast but with no clear direction. Great potential if they'd focus on who knows the industry versus who appears to be producing outcomes.
