      Great compensation and fair treatment.of all employees. They stress diversity and wellness of employees.

      Cons

      High expectations of employees. Not sure this is a con, though...not an employer who lets employees slide by . All employees are expected to be on their game at all times.

      DONT KEEP YOUR EGGS IN ONE BASKET. WORK IN TOY DEPARTMENT FOR ONE YEAR THEN MOVE AROUND WITHIN COMPANY THEY WILL LET YOU GO DURING BUDGET CUTS, OFFER YOU A SMALL SEVERANCE AND NOT THINK TWICE ABOUT ANYTHING. AFTER 4 YEARS THEY LET ME GO AND COULDNT TELL ME WHY. LOW PAY. HIGH STRESS. HIGH TURNOVER RATE
