Pros
My Frontline leader and manager are approachable. No micro Managing. PTO requests are almost always granted. Layed back environment for the most part. Option to Work from home or in office after training is completed.
Cons
Most departments do NOT follow a SOP(Standard Operating Procedure); therefore some people within the same dept. are doing the same job several different ways. At times your direct frontline lead cant answer your inquiries; therefore you may have to educate yourself, wait a while for a response, or try the "trial and error" method.
