Pros
Good compensation. Training provided is very good. So many smart and talented people to learn from. Very upfront and clear regarding your job functions, as well as how your success will be assessed.
Cons
As with any large company there are issues with upper management communicating effectively with employees. There is constant change and most adapt, however sometimes you are not told why things are changing which breeds suspicion and rumors.
