Pros
Most of my co-workers were great to work with. The medical and dental benefits were pretty good. There are opportunities available but there is a lot of office politics involved.
Cons
The pay was low and yearly raises offered cents on the dollar. Bonuses were not part to the compensation package. During Annual Enrollment Period you are required to work overtime and often asked to work 6-7 days a week.
