Work from home is cool

Cons

10 hrs mandatory OT, way more work than stated in interviews, hard to get help from leads, you get yelled at and screamed at for your entire shift from members for things that are out of your control, issues when you need to use the restroom, no days off, work ALL holidays unless it’s Sunday. Pay should start at at least 22 an hour
