Pros
Great benefits, travel, plenty of time off, encouraged to have work-life balance and make healthy choices. Everyone is super positive for the most part, easy to work with and get things done.
Cons
Forced to wear two hats at the same time, effectively two full time jobs with no relief and no overtime. Expected to just keep head down, be positive, and get it done. Some politics. The local tech support for our area of Humana had this guy who handled most issues I needed addressed, and he's always kind of a dead inside, curt kind of a guy. Not fun to call for help.
