      Great opportunity to work remotely. Culture of good work life balance without missing on the success of the work.

      Cons

      Continuously improving. Things that don’t work are open for discussion, but like with any company priorities are made to direct improvements in systems processes and management of personnel. This can mean staying agile with what’s available to get the work done.
