Pros
They take care of their employees. The benefits are great with some exception. The tuition reimbursement benefit is great. The managers for which I worked all were wonderful. I worked for 4 different managers in my 2 positions with Humana. The FMLA, Short Term Disability and Long Term disability is very good. They contribute a 125% match for the 401K. They match $40 each paycheck for an emergency savings account that you can access anytime. They offer ONE @ Work to allow for weekly paychecks.
Cons
They added MLK to holidays, but took away one of our floating holidays. They pay out bonuses and raises in March, usually. The pay is not great. Even after getting great reviews for all of my 6 years I have been here, I have only had 3 raises. The 2nd raise I received was $1.84 added to my whole paycheck. They do not like to pay their people competitively.
