Pros

Co-workers are helpful/friendly/kind, Pay increases with each tier increase. Will work with you if you have a personal emergency to attend to during work hours, letting you have makeup hours.

Cons

Every customer survey MUST be a perfect 10 otherwise they want to know why not and will bring you into a group voice chat with several other supervisors to go over it in detail. Long wait times for assistance in main chats even if you show you've attempted to find the answer yourself.
