Pros
Pay is good, probably one of the best in the city There can be room for advancement and growth I find that most of the people working here are highly intelligent and motivated
Cons
Work/life balance is a major struggle with the go, go, go mentality of leadership While there is room to grow and advance within the company, it seems to be something that does not come naturally just from hard work. It must be self sought out and some of it just depends on luck of the draw As with any large company, the focus on process and the additional red tape that goes with it, sometimes hinder progress, rather than advance it.
