      Very talented staff waiting to do great work.

      Cons

      Their leadership on Medicaid side of the house is unorganized and very petty. They have talented folks wanting to help and the leadership is controlling too much all the time. There is no empowerment and no individual or independent decision making allowed.

      Interviewed for a internal role in a second round in a team - the team didn't sell the role, the impression I got was you will work nights and overtime to commit to deadlines. questions asked: - examples of situations in your current job where there was disagreement between you and someone else in team. Thought this was too intrusive - how do you handle disagreements - how are you able to multi-task - are you able to commit to deadlines Got a very bad vibe with the team
