      Lots of training and opportunity of you are willing to put in the time and effort Make a considerable effort on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to keep employees engaged

      Cons

      Goals and focus change frequently, so it's important to pay attention Lack of unity- meaning it appears that not all managers are on the same page, or give the same directives

      Pros

      The pay is well compared to what's out there and I've run into some middle managers that are really smart and know the work.

      Cons

      The company struggles to put the right talent at the decision-making table. That has led to the company moving fast but with no clear direction. Great potential if they'd focus on who knows the industry versus who appears to be producing outcomes.
