Pros

Generous pto policy Helping hand grants Guild

Cons

No work-life balance. They encourage you to take time off, but then micromanage and punish you when you don’t hit impossible goals. Management gaslighting. They pretend to care, but use your personal situations and vulnerabilities against you. Retaliation culture. I gave honest negative feedback in a survey and was terminated shortly after, without notice. Unrealistic workload. Expectation to work 7 days a week during AEP, from 5 a.m. until 2 a.m., just to have a chance at meeting goals. Forget seeing your family from October–December. Micromanagement and favoritism. Some employees are favored regardless of performance, while others are targeted and pushed out. Constant changes. Schedules change every 3 months, making it difficult to balance family life. Limited mobility. Difficult to move between departments, even for qualified associates.

Pros

Working from home, that’s about it.

Cons

Micromanaging, forced to help team members while you’re behind on your own caseload. Denied PTO requests, no PTO all summer and no PTO until the end of January 2027 (that’s supposed supposedly when they will be done ramping up with all their new employees.) a bunch of meetings weekly that are pointless. A weekly case conference where they are forcing nurses to present a complex case in front of over 300 people on zoom. Process changes change constantly, there are no job aid or guideline that help you make a Clinical decision but you will get out of it if you do it incorrectly. Save yourself the trouble and apply somewhere else. It is not worth it.
