Pros

Great pay, good PTO, tuition reimbursement, 1 hour wellness time per week

Cons

Super micromanaged, down to schedule and breaks. Be ready for your job to completely change roles. You are expected to do as you are told no matter what. If they mess up and won't correct it and you respectfully challenge it be ready for pushback or job insecurity. Upper management and Humana to its core is money driven. They say they are for the people but they are a corporation so you won't get small business respect. Your opinions and values do not matter. Money does at the expense of employee health and well being. No job security as you are expendable and there's plenty to fill your spot. You get what you expect from corporate America.

Pros

Working from home, that’s about it.

Cons

Micromanaging, forced to help team members while you’re behind on your own caseload. Denied PTO requests, no PTO all summer and no PTO until the end of January 2027 (that’s supposed supposedly when they will be done ramping up with all their new employees.) a bunch of meetings weekly that are pointless. A weekly case conference where they are forcing nurses to present a complex case in front of over 300 people on zoom. Process changes change constantly, there are no job aid or guideline that help you make a Clinical decision but you will get out of it if you do it incorrectly. Save yourself the trouble and apply somewhere else. It is not worth it.
