Five years ago upper management of decades was mature and settled and the company was making tons of money and treating people well. The entire guard has been changed out and is less mature, changing too much, focused only on short term goals, insecure, and has adopted a much more ruthless posture. There have been many very undignified layoffs. The great culture and stability are gone.
