Very focused on both customer AND employee conditions. EVERY decision that is made is made based on the best outcome for the customer, and that it fits well with the employees and company culture. Employee's health and well being is paramount to the owner(s), a tradition strongly carried on by the current CEO from his father, grandfather and other strong leadership team members. This is NO JOKE, the care and generosity is shown to the entire company real. there is not a selfish, greedy or "short-cut" anywhere in this company towards the goal of serving and satisfying the customer. I couldn't find a negative thing to say from my experience
