Pros

Hunter is a great place to work. The company is fun and laid back and everyone works really hard! My favorite part about Hunter are my co-workers. This is the first time I have ever seen a leadership that truly values work life balance (and has a sense of humor). Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. To name a few cool things, they have an on-site gym, a gardening club, tuition reimbursement, donation matching, and company celebrations and so much more wohoo!

Cons

We need a larger gardening area!

Pros

Develop resilience, seek better opportunities!

Cons

SO MANY that it cannot be covered in one page even. CEO is likable but the senior, mid-low level management are not so good. They however operate to the cadence of the CEO. I have seen so far in my professional career. No professional etiquette, no empathy for its employees, They don't want assertive and productive employees; they want people who are desperate for employment workers and low in confidence. Pay is below market. Incentive is even worst, Out of guilt, they offer an annual bonus that’s about 10% of compensation and is driven by company performance. To offset many inefficient processes and lost revenue, they hire and tolerate low skilled workers. Managers are inexperienced, highly non-cooperative and not supportive. Employees who have committed decades of service were harassed and forced to leave. Your career flounder because your job duties are not likely to translate well, unless you’re an engineer, or a warehouse worker. Work/life balance is affected by working for a terrible manager.
