Pros

You get to work with other people who share the same beliefs that they took our pay away with this new incentive program. Have to earn REVENUE all month. This is the new buzz word going around, revenue. Have to earn at least $300 in revenue in order to receive any incentive.

Cons

You can't share your feelings with other co-workers or management. You will get nasty notes and emails from management to not talk to your neighbors.

Flexible schedule, really good benefits, decent pay, ample vacation time

Cons

Working saturdays and holidays like Christmas Eve, Good Friday. They really pushed sales and sales goals and asking every single customer to take out a loan or upgrade their accounts.
