If you try to go higher up they just refer the matter back to the Store manager to take care of. Incredibly high turnover rate (mostly due to horrible management) Greatly reduced incentive plans while making them impossible to hit (it is rare for more than 1 banker out of the entire district to get a monthly incentive check).
