Pros

Work from home....that's it. Unless you don't meet their unrealistic "QA" goal, then you're forced to come back to the office, unless you live out of state, lol.

Cons

Was my dream job until about 2 months ago when they hired an outside "manager" that suffers from LMS (Little Man Syndrome). First thing he changed was forcing those that have put in there time and earned the Mon-Fri shift to come in on Saturdays, great start! From that point on its been constant micro managing with daily emails reminding reps that they were "three minutes late" coming back from lunch. From there it's just snowballed to the point everyone that once looked forward to coming to work no dreads it. Moral is the lowest I've seen in the entire six years I've been with the bank. The sad part is that these are amazingly talented reps that any other bank would be proud to have, and I'm sure they'll get their chance very soon, at least with myself they will. What a shame how they pride themselves on "looking out for people" unless your an employee, in which case they allow an outsider with a Neopoleon complex come in and no one will stand up and say "this is not Huntingtons culture history". Used to be my dream job.

Pros

Health Insurance is really good for diabetics. PTO is generous, but you can't use it when you want. Some branches are great while others make you want to quit immediately. Make sure you are interviewing at one of the good ones if you want to be part of the company. Coworkers 60% awesome! The others are so bad they need to be fired.

Cons

Recent changes keep getting worse and more frequent. Use of PTO was greatly slashed and means fighting with coworkers for time off. Management cares more about sales than the customers and the employees combined. It's getting giving servitude not a place to realistically grow. Most people have to apply for internal promotions 3-5x before getting it. They make you do all the work for those roles unpaid first, though. So if you want to overwork yourself with twice as much work to move ahead - this is a great place for you. Get ready to call the same customers every week for product pushing.
