Pros

Amazing place to work. I’m so happy and thankful to be here. So much room for advancement. They really care about their people. The minimum wage goes up all the time. When I started in 2019, the minimum wage was $16/hr and now in 2023 and the minimum wage for Huntington is $20/hour. They email surveys all the time to get feedback on how they’re doing and if there’s anything they can improve on. They take it seriously, and make the necessary steps to accommodate as much as they can. Great company!

Cons

Raises can be small, as little as .10-.20 CENT a year, which I think is ridiculous! When you go above and beyond to do great, you’ll get acknowledged in a meeting and your prize will be a pizza party or candy. I think that’s pretty juvenile. We’re adults and we’re here for money. So appreciation should be shown through bonus checks, not candy or pizza parties. And for some reason the CEO is forcing everyone back into the office when most people prefer remote. Even though there’s been such push back by everyone saying they rather work remote the CEO is still forcing it and even changed the hybrid to 3 days a week in office and two days at home. It’s annoying and makes no sense.

Pros

Health Insurance is really good for diabetics. PTO is generous, but you can't use it when you want. Some branches are great while others make you want to quit immediately. Make sure you are interviewing at one of the good ones if you want to be part of the company. Coworkers 60% awesome! The others are so bad they need to be fired.

Cons

Recent changes keep getting worse and more frequent. Use of PTO was greatly slashed and means fighting with coworkers for time off. Management cares more about sales than the customers and the employees combined. It's getting giving servitude not a place to realistically grow. Most people have to apply for internal promotions 3-5x before getting it. They make you do all the work for those roles unpaid first, though. So if you want to overwork yourself with twice as much work to move ahead - this is a great place for you. Get ready to call the same customers every week for product pushing.
