Pros
The hours at the franchise I worked at were very flexible. I was also in graduate school at the time, that leeway was really helpful. Also great for teachers who want to cull some extra income after school.
Cons
I couldn't make ends meet with this job, and although I appreciated the flexibility, ultimately I had to leave to keep afloat financially. I knew this was never meant to be a true full-time position (although I worked at least 30 hours a week, if not more), but for the amount of work I did and the education credentials I had, I was wildly underemployed here.
