Pros
Everyday I get to work with kids from Kindergarten to HS, and the occasional Adult students. It's amazing how our teachers and staff truly help students do better in school. I've seen non- readers become advance readers & kids with no confidence in math, soar to enjoy it. HS kids that thought graduation wasn't an option to getting a Regents diploma to SAT kids get into their college choices & going up hundreds of points. Being with HLC for 10+yrs makes me think about all the kids and families I've helped...thousands! I'm hope I'm here another 10+yrs, at least.
Cons
FT- long hours per day, some out dated materials, short staffed with PT teachers, and more small group professional development trainings for FT.
