Pros
Can really help make a difference in the lives of the students who attend the center. Nice flexible schedule works well for those looking to work part time
Cons
Not a supportive environment. Employees are expected to work very very hard for very little pay without much opportunity for advancement or pay raises. Most management positions are paid a bonus for keeping the salaries of part time employees low.
