      working with teacher and helping student improve...gain managerial experience...

      Cons

      work load too much for one person...Long hours with NO compensation. False promise of monthly bonus. bosses don't care about employee happiness and sanity.ADs are company slaves. you always work overtime with no pay !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
