      Pros

      The kids. Most want to learn and are wonderful.

      Cons

      Administration is horrible. They are rude and worry more about signing kids up,than helping them. Their "star" tutor was pompous, rude and clueless. She lacked any knowledge of pedagogy and was condescending to the kids. When I found out how much they charged the families for their services, I was sickened.
