Little flexibility, they schedule you "on call" sometimes without proper notice and you have to come in if they call you, so it is difficult to make plans. Not enough training by an actual employee. They just hand you a big binder and expect you to read it and basically train yourself, then get mad when you do not know how to do something correctly.
