Pros
I've seen many kids lives completely changed. Especially those who attend public schools and are not taught study skills. As a manager, I am able to hire and train teachers. We are fortunate at my center to have the BEST teachers. Everyone (including the owners) work hard and at the end of the day we are all proud of what we do.
Cons
Scheduling is a nightmare! Overall, the hardest job I've ever had. I love it but it's not for most people. I wish we could pay our teachers more but it's not possible. The formula for this type of business just doesn't allow much profit. I do school visits, parent meetings, etc. that we get no money for.
