Pros
The kids were the best part. And the air condition.
Cons
Impossible to complete all tasks. I was given 5 jobs and not compensated. Never compensated for over time. I was constantly harassed by employees and the management for making minor mistakes. The micromanaging made me uncomfortable. If you're not a plain corporate copy you will not fit in. The management acted like teenage girls talking about teachers behind their backs, and about me when I was not there. They pick and choose employees based on personality rather than experience. Upper management never worked in education but would sell 10k programs used with outdated material. This was a terrible experience. I hated every second of it. I was made out to be an idiot, I was screamed at and belittled in front of employees even though I was upper management. I actually required therapy that I needed to pay out of pocket because they were no benefits included.
