Pros
On occasion, they provide pizza and bagels.
Cons
The founders (for whom the company is named) are truly awful managers and leaders. They are extremely poor communicators and have no sense of the rapidly changing education industry. They have earned untold millions for themselves by taking advantage of the fears of parents. (Just look at their laughably manipulative ads.) The "education" they offer is nothing more than a disorganized and outdated hodge podge of photocopied materials that underpaid and under qualified "tutors" shove in front of the students. It worked for them for years, but now parents are catching on...as are franchisees and HQ staff. Centers are closing at a rapid pace. Turnover among corporate staff is extremely high. Those who are desperate enough to stay act as if they are prisoners in a North Korean prison camp. Fearful and paranoid. This is not a place for anyone with self worth.
