Pros
The staff is friendly, helpful and organized. They make sure you know what your duties are and never hesitate to help with anything you need. Staff will try to schedule you for as many weekly hours as possible without stepping on other teacher's toes, especially if they know you need them.
Cons
Students can and will cancel without prior notice, which is a hassle if you live far away. Some of the extra material provided doesn't seem challenging enough for some high school students.
