Pros
Not very stressful because all of the students were scheduled. We just had to go in and work with the children. All of the materials were supplied. It was an easy tutoring job. My boss was a nice guy so it was pleasant going to work.
Cons
The pay was not that great unless you specialized in a standardized test. Sometimes the center would be too busy with not enough staff so it almost felt like babysitting instead of actually teaching.
