Pros
The work was fun, the students were excellent and the management was reasonable. The tutoring itself was enjoyable — 1 on 1 with students and they learn a lot — very effective teaching philosophies at Huntington Learning Centers, would highly recommend for ACT / SAT Prep and just Math at the 8th grade to 12th grade level in general.
Cons
Timing of when tutoring would start was highly inconvenient for most people, as job would start "after school" in the fall/winter semesters, usually around 3 or 4 p.m. and end around 8:30 p.m., so, it starts before "1st shift" has ended (especially when factoring in drive-time) but ends too late to work "2nd shift", making doing this job as a second job impractical and difficult for most people; however, it doesn't have enough hours to constitute it being your primary part-time job.
