worst middle management role you can think of. the learning and work models are horribly inefficient and will work you to the bone just to be treated terribly by the owners, kids, and tutors. you will be expected to teach any subject k-12 to groups of children, all at least 2 grade levels behind, without any support or warning at any moment - while also trying to manage a revolving staff of teachers. the owner is horrible and completely out of touch with everything, dishonest, and has no qualms fleecing gullible parents.
