      Pros

      Learning opportunities. Higher leadership is close to the frontline people, you can easy get to know Sr. VP level employees. Fair compensation and perks.

      Cons

      Hybrid 60% on site (3 days a week). Days not flexible. Old fashioned mindset of some leadership which cause resistance to change from higher up. Nepotism in the form of protecting toxic leaderships and allowing disrespect towards employees as far as “things get done”.
