Pros
Great people/co-workers, top tier pay w/ overtime for engineers, good/great benefits, close to New Orleans and Baton Rouge, operators know and run the plants well, excellent project opportunities, an appropriate amount of red tape
Cons
Some operators are bitter about being overworked - especially in turnarounds, nothing else I can think of is really a con. Because the culture and pay are so good, not too many people leave, which leads to fewer career opportunities than other chemical companies.
