Incompatent and undecided managers. Micro-management. Discrimination against non-mormons. Very low level IT with a negative impact on the job. The leadership cannot keep the speed up with the acquisitions of new plants so data base and systems are chaotic, unreliable. Top management buys most of the plants to satisfy short term plans or even speculation purpose. So the co-workers in the plants hate the top management in HQs.
