engineering department is a terrible place to work in and work with. no value for person to person relations. environment can turn hostile quickly as engineers are too technical and very headstrong,, management lacks vision. very normal to see VP of engineering solving hydraulic problems with engineers everyday . everyone looks for individual success. many quality issues interns are asked to do lot of paperwork and non related work,many times interns work as technicians. I would recommend interns to look somewhere else. Not a place for graduate students from purdue,GTech
