Opportunity to learn or get experience. Good working hours (Monday to Friday) and rarely you have to work overtime, you can have a life balance. The facilities are good.
Cons
In general, management disorganized, resistance to change due to great part of the staff has been along time in the company, low salaries and not additional benefits. No carrer opportunities.
